Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of DollarDesk, an online service operated by Ravi Karan Shahaney, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

DollarDesk helps you create export invoices, estimate income tax and advance tax, and track compliance deadlines, based on the information you enter and our reading of the rules in force.

Not professional advice

DollarDesk is software, not a chartered accountant, lawyer or tax adviser. Nothing in it is tax, legal or financial advice. Estimates can differ from your final liability, and laws and deadlines change. You remain responsible for your own filings and payments; check your situation with a qualified professional.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information, and keep access to your email secure. You must not use DollarDesk to create false or misleading invoices or for any unlawful purpose.

Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing. Pro costs ₹299 per month or ₹2,499 per year, charged in advance through Razorpay, and renews automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available only if requested within 48 hours of a payment. Full details are in the cancellation and refund policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including tax interest, penalties or missed deadlines, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
